What You Can Expect

This one hour-long session includes exercises for warm-up & stretching your body before starting with the many yoga postures. In this experience, we will get you to touch base with your inner self with meditation techniques, feeling confident and stronger through yogic asanas (postures), feeling alert, relaxed and rejuvenated with pranayams (breathing exercises).

Customize Your Session

Based on Hathyoga- Vinyasa breathing system of Ashtanga, Yoga will be taught at the beginning level, but modifications to intensify the asanas will be given. Therefore Yoga lovers of all levels are encouraged to attend. Although the best time to have this yoga overlooking Taj Mahal session is at sunrise, but multiple start times can be arranged on request depending on your day schedule.

Dress Code

Please wear comfortable, loose clothing that makes it easier for you to do different postures during the session.
